About Kingdom Heirs
Who We Are
Kingdom Heirs Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Christian ministry based in Corpus Christi, Texas.
For more than 20 years, founders James & Megan Maddalone have followed the model of Jesus in Matthew 25—caring for “the least of these” by providing food, clean water, shelter, clothing, medicine, education, and micro-business support in the USA, South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia, Pakistan and beyond.
We combine compassion with proclamation of the Gospel, partnering with local churches to reach the lost, heal the hurting, and strengthen the Body of Christ.
Our Mission
To care for the least of these and proclaim the Kingdom of God through compassion, evangelism, and discipleship making in partnership with local Churches.

Meet James & Megan Maddalone
James & Megan have spent over two decades serving in missions, church leadership, evangelism, and compassion ministry. From village outreaches in South Africa and Mozambique to large crusades in Zambia and local outreaches in the United States, their heart is to say “yes” to Jesus and serve the least of these.
Kingdom Heirs Foundation was born out of a simple conviction: the greatest miracle happens when churches of different denominational backgrounds come together around the preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Serving the Least of These
Our compassion work flows directly from the heart of Matthew 25. We serve Jesus by serving people who are hungry, thirsty, without shelter, in need of clothing, or facing sickness and crisis.
- Food & Feeding Programs – regular food distributions through local churches and partners.
- Water & Sanitation – clean water access where possible; support for basic sanitation and hygiene.
- Shelter & Housing Support – helping families rebuild and secure safe living environments.
- Clothing & Essentials – clothing drives and distributions in partnership with local ministries.
- Medical Support – connecting communities to basic medical care and medicines through Christian partners.
- Micro-Business & Livelihood – helping launch small, sustainable businesses so families can support themselves.
